Job Description
A primary care specialty office near Florence, SC as well as other South Carolina locations has full-time or per diem opportunities for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)'s or Registered Medical Assistant's to perform administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the medical office. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Job Details:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Seeking Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)'s who are trained, or wiling to be trained, to perform both administrative and clinical tasks in a medical setting
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) duties may include: Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records, Preparing patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and assisting with procedures
- Overall role for the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will be to support the medical staff in providing quality patient care
- Setting: Primary Care, Specialty Office, or they have hospital locations if interested
- Amazing, tight-knit administrative team that values a family oriented work environment
- Additional $2.00 per hour for coastal differential
- Schedule: Day Shifts, Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Minimum Requirements:
- Seeking Medical Assistant Certification, or Registered Medical Assistants
- Seeking candidates with 1 year of experience as MA if not certified
- Hands-on training is provided upon completion of orientation
