Job Description
Beautiful healthcare facility located in Northeastern Wyoming is searching for a full time MRI Technologist to join their team. Great work environment, leadership team, and comprehensive benefits available for full-time employees!
MRI Technologist Compensation:
- $59, 000 to $85, 000
- Shift Differential
- Rotating days and nights
MRI Technologist Responsibilities:
- Performs appropriate diagnostic procedures as ordered.
- Performs PACS function and burn CD s.
- Performs I.V. Injections, when required by modality. (CT, MRI)
- Performs multiple modalities exams per department routine. Ensures that expenditures for job related activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Actively participates in Customer/Guest Relations and Mandatory Education programs.
- Review of patient records for information needed for procedures (i.E. Labs, previous exams, etc.)
- Utilizes HIS and ED computer charting systems to obtain and chart pertinent information for imaging and transportation purposes.
MRI Technologist Qualifications:
- High school diploma with graduation from a School of Radiology Technology.
- Certified/licensed by the State of Wyoming and ARRT.
- See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy and Certifications/Education Requirements Policy.
- Experience in one additional modality: CT, MRI, Mammography, or other national certification recognized by the ARRT. Candidate must hold certification at time of hire.
