Job Description
A highly esteemed medical facility near Greenville, South Carolina, is searching for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position. - Starting Salary: $65, 000 per year (Goes up based on experience)
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, direct hire
- Work Schedule: Day Shifts, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Setting: Primary Care + Dental Medical Office
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures to ensure optimal oral health for patients
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- Document patient records accurately
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Practice Setting: Dental/Medical office within a welcoming healthcare environment
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Dental Hygienist license in the state of South Carolina (SC)
- A minimum of 1 year of Dental Hygienist experience
- Proficiency in electronic dental records (EDR) and computer skills for efficient documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- In-depth knowledge of dental terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care best practice
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Compliance with all relevant state and federal dental healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards in dental practice
- Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development to stay current in dental hygiene best practices
