Job Description
Advanced Home Health and Hospice hospital system working in the communities of Northwestern, GA is seeking a full time, permanent Registered Nurse Home Health join their team! Advance your career goals with a facility who s legacy of innovation continues while transforming healthcare in the region.
Registered Nurse Home Health Pay: $47, 174 $82, 555 DOE
Registered Nurse Home Health Opportunity:
- Help manage caseloads of home care patients, assessing plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates care for each patient
- Carry out appropriate treatment intervention, evaluation of outcomes, and utilization of services to ensure that patient care needs are met
- Help develop a plan of care under the direction of the patient s physician and in collaboration with patient and their family
Registered Nurse Home Health Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current or willing to get licensure in the state of GA
- Med/Surg or Home Health experience preferred
- BLS & CPR

- Within driving distance to the cities. (i.E. Atlanta, GA;Nashville, TN;Birmingham, AL)
