A small community healthcare system located in outside of La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Respiratory Therapist to join their team!
The Respiratory Therapist Job Details:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Night shift, 12 hour shifts, 7p-7a
- Great respiratory leadership and administration team!
- Night, weekend and holiday differentials along with an enhanced benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, PTO and a 401k savings plan!
- The Respiratory Therapist position involves performing a variety of respiratory treatments and diagnostic services such as oximetry, PFTs and patient teaching.
The Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
- Must have CRT or RRT licensure
- Must have BLS certification
- A minimum of 1 year experience in hospital-based respiratory strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, organization and team building skills with ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively
The Wisconsin Location:
- Dairy and corn farms all over the region
