A respected health group with a clinic in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Pay: Starts at $22/hour
Healthcare Administrative Assistant Overview:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Reports To: Compliance/Executive Assistant
- Responsibilities: This position provides administrative support to the Compliance/Executive Assistant in multiple assignments of different activities and tasks associated with Administration.
Healthcare Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of Associates degree OR
- Two-year experience in administrative function
- Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Healthcare Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A valid California Driver s license with clean records and access to insured automobile
- Completion of DOJ background check
