A Hospital near La Crosse, WI is seeking both full-time and part-time Advanced Practice Providers to join their team!
Pay Range $60.00 - $75.00 / hr
Emergency Department
Full-time: 36 hrs/week - 12-hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
Part-Time: Weekend Shift, Every Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm

Job Description
A Hospital near La Crosse, WI is seeking both full-time and part-time Advanced Practice Providers to join their team!
Pay Range $60.00 - $75.00 / hr
Emergency Department
Full-time: 36 hrs/week - 12-hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
Part-Time: Weekend Shift, Every Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm
Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity:
- The Advanced Practice Provider will provide high quality, compassionate and comprehensive health care to Urgent Care and Emergency Room patients in a timely and professional manner
- Will utilize current and recommended urgent and emergency medicine practices
- The Advanced Practice Provider will function under the guidance and/or collaboration of the medical director, consulting and conferring with the ED physician as per role requirements.
- Obtains complete medical history data on patients and documents resulting information on the patient s medical record
Advanced Practice Provider Qualifications:
- The Advanced Practice Provider will be taken through the medical staff/allied health professional credentialing process as outlined in the Medical Staff By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and be approved by the medical staff and Board of Directors.
- Minimum Education requirements: Master s Degree in Nursing AND Current licensure as APNP and RN in State of WI -OR- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, with current State of WI and National Certification
- DEA Certification.
- BLS, ACLS and PALS
