A smaller community hospital located outside of Cathage, Missouri is seeking a full-time permanent Business Office Manager to join their team!
The Business Office Manager Job Description:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Monday through Friday, day shift
- Great leadership and administration team!
- Competitive pay offered based on experience
- Oversee all Business Office functions and tasks related to billing, accounts receivable, insurance verification, intake of patient payments and daily cash deposits, processing claims for payment by self-pay patients and third-party payers, revenue cycle processes (including optimizing revenue collections), and supervising the Business Office team
The Business Office Manager Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor s degree in Business Management or Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting, or equivalent education
- Must have training and on-the-job experience in a hospital business office
- Must have previous supervisory experience at a Critical Access Hospital or Rural Health facility
