Salary Pay: $175, 000-$200, 000/yr
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Position:
- Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) organizes and administers outstanding Patient Care Services in all Nursing areas to attain the hospital s objectives established by the governing authority.
- Chief Nursing officer (CNO) is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating the delivery of quality patient care within established regulatory guidelines and professional nursing practice standards.
- The CNO develops, interprets, and maintains organization policies, budgets, and personnel;assumes responsibility for safe and proper operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures;and analyzes and evaluates activities to assure quality patient care
- On-Call and Weekends as needed
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Qualifications:
- MSN Preferred
- Current Nebraska RN License (or Compact License)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified (ACLS)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 5 years of nursing in an acute care environment and administration/management experience
