Clinical Services Manager Salary: $90, 000 - $115, 000/Annually
*Negotiable based on experience
Clinical Services Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Flexible Schedule options available
Clinical Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage successful MIPS Healthcare Quality Program participation to include measure selection, performance monitoring, provider education and coaching, management of regulatory requirements, and reporting of measures to CMS
- Collaborates with all clinical departments and relevant support departments to achieve defined goals to advance the integration of clinical, operational, and financial information
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the needs with EPIC upgrades and MCN change efforts
- In collaboration with others, determine appropriate scope of job duties and standard work for RN, LPN, and CMA roles, with input on the Patient Care Coordinator role as well
- Reports to the Director of Operations
Clinical Services Manager Requirements:
- BSN or other advanced training
- RN License
- 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership, including experience in an ambulatory clinic setting
- Experience with Utilization Review, Data Management, and Program Development
