Job Description
A well respected hospital near Glendive, MT is looking for a committed Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at our critical access hospital as the Clinical Laboratory Director. Great staff plus amazing benefits including $15, 000 Sign On Bonus + $10, 000 Relocation Assistance!
Annual Salary Pays: $79, 000.00 - $91, 500.00/Annually + Sign On + Relocation
Clinical Laboratory Director Opportunity
- Full-time, permanent direct-hire position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Rotate call schedule
- The Clinical Laboratory Director oversees the laboratory processes, performances, interpretations of all testing within the Laboratory and is responsible for the safe delivery of lab services on a 24/7 basis which includes patient care and legally working equipment.
- The Clinical Laboratory Director will establish adequate staffing plans for the NEMHS Laboratories provide staff orientation and competency training for all staff members, and train and mentor Medical Technologists to assume more supervisory duties.
- This position requires exceptional leadership and laboratory skills along with knowledge of regulatory agencies.
Clinical Laboratory Director Requirement
- Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist in State of Montana
- CLS needs to be certified through ASCP, NCA, or AMT
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory is required
