Clinical Manager Salary: $93, 000 - $105, 000
Clinical Manager Opportunity:
- Clinical Manager will oversee the orientation and supervision of nursing staff, including assignment of cases, documentation review, initial and ongoing clinical education, and performance evaluation in patient homes.
- Participate in the initiation, development, and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures.
- Manage a team that includes nurses, physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and a dietitian.
- Report directly to the Director of Patient Services.
Clinical Manager Qualifications:
- Clinical Manager must be a licensed RN.
- Two years of combined Public Health Nursing experience with progressive professional responsibilities;or three years of similar experience in Public Health Nursing.
