Community hospital near Marshall, TX is seeking a full-time, permanent Controller to join their team! Competitive salary and relocation assistance is negotiable.
Salary: $115, 000.00 - $120, 000.00/year
The Controller Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Relocation assistance is negotiable
- Generous PTO (paid time off) allowance with company-matching 401k
- Great medical, dental, and vision plans available
- Controller will report directly to the CEO and will serve as a member of the senior leadership team
- Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospital including billing, AR, AP, etc.
- Controller must be experienced in projections, budget creations, internal controls, and general accounting
Controller Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar study
- Must have 4-5 years of hospital specific accounting experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial hospital accounting role
