A community-focused clinic near Richland, WA is seeking a dedicated Dental Support Coordinator to join their team.
Dental Coordinator Pay:
- Pay: $23-29/hour
Dental Coordinator Opportunity:
- Schedule: Day Shift | Monday - Friday
- Responsibilities: The Dental Support Coordinator assists Dentists and Hygienists chairside, trains new dental assistants, and supports ongoing staff development to ensure high-quality, culturally competent care. This role also oversees equipment, supplies, and staffing at dental clinics, with about 75% of time spent on clinical and training duties and 25% on operational tasks like ordering and scheduling.
Dental Coordinator Requirements:
- Registered Dental Assistant license in Washington State
- Minimum of 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience
- DANB certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
