Job Description
A beautiful hospital just outside of Kalispell, MT is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Emergency Services to join their growing team!
- Pay: $102, 000 $153, 000 / annually
Director of Emergency Services Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, day shift
- The Director of Emergency Services will oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
Director of Emergency Services Responsibilities:
- Implement practices and programs to improve patient experience and health outcomes, achieving satisfaction scores through effective communication.
- Align departmental work with organizational goals and strategic initiatives, participate in long-term planning, and track measurable goals.
- Develop and manage the department s budget, monitor expenditures, and take corrective action for variances while identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
Director of Emergency Services Qualifications:
- Master s degree in nursing
- Montana state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership experience in an ER department
- Nurse executive certification or ability to obtain
