Job Description
A great short-term acute care facility in Lawton, OK is hiring for a permanent, full-time Director of MedSurg. Starting at $50.00/hr DOE. Come join a team that is dedicated to providing quality care to a diverse population!
Salary Pay: $50.00+/hr DOE
Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance on a case-by-case basis
Director of MedSurg Position:
- Director of MedSurg who participates in all aspects of the hospital medsurg department and occasionally provides patient care.
- Coordinates assignments of staff, instrument set-ups and lay-out of tables for various operations and considers requirements and supplies available.
- Great leadership and staff development skills necessary
- Will be overlooking the Med/Surg
- Flexible hours M-F
Director of MedSurg Qualifications:
- BSN Required, MSN Preferred
- Current Oklahoma RN License (or Compact License)
- BLS, ACLS
- 5 years of experience in medsurg preferred
- 2 years nursing administration experience
- experience in management techniques
