A beautiful long-term care facility just west of Baker City, OR is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team!
Pay: $93, 000 - $144, 000 annually
$20, 000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!
Director of Nursing (DON) Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
Schedule: Mon Fri, day shift
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident care
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Oversee clinical processes and staff scheduling
Participate in care planning and quality improvement efforts
Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
Current valid Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelors degree in Nursing at minimum
BLS Certification or the ability to obtain
At least 2 years leadership experience
Long-term care experience preferred
