A facility located in New York, NY has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing to join their team!
Pay: $150, 000 - $165, 000/year
Director of Nursing Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days
- Setting: Endoscopy Center
- Bonus: Varied, incentive compensation plan
Director of Nursing Role:
- Establish, maintain, and monitor staffing levels implementing required appropriate nursing staff schedules and call schedules to provide safe, effective, and efficient patient care coverage for the department.
- Lead and direct the work of others in the performance of operations of the GI Lab while maintaining standards of patient care
- Hands on clinical role, must have experience on the floor and be comfortable working in this compacity
- The Director of Nursing is also responsible for overseeing the facilities quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and education of the teammates
Director of Nursing Requirements:
- Must be an active RN
- BSN is required, no masters needed
- The Director of Nursing must have experience in ASC is required
- GI or Endo experience is ideal, but not required
