Job Description
A critical access facility located near Ardmore, Oklahoma has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join their growing team!
Director of Revenue Cycle Management Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday Friday
- $5, 000 in relocation assistance offered!
Director of Revenue Cycle Management Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, organize and implement current and future strategies to improve revenue cycle performance
- Lead and direct all revenue cycle functions, including but not limited to registration, pre-cert/pre-authorization, insurance verification, documentation completion and improvement, timely change entry, coding, denial reduction and customer service
- Director has direct responsibility for Registration, Billing, Coding and Health Information Management, working closely with all departments in the hospital
Director of Revenue Cycle Management Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in health care administration, business or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in health care management
- Strong background in financial management
- Knowledge of federal and state laws as it relates to healthcare management
