Rural hospital several hundred miles northwest of Anchorage, AK seeking a full-time permanent ER Nurse. Great pay, benefits, and culture. Details are below.


Pay: $48.13 - $63.00/hour


$40, 000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment


ER Nurse Opportunity:


     Provide care ranging from non-urgent to life-threatening, including but not limited to, medical illness, trauma care, pediatric care, gerontological care, injury prevention, women s health, mental health issues, and life- and limb-saving measures


     Utilize nursing processes to care for healthcare consumers of all ages


     Carry out patient assessments, diagnoses, planning, and implementation of interventions, evaluating the patient s responses to the interventions including emotional, social and safety needs


     Assist physicians during examinations and procedures


ER Nurse qualifications:


     Open to new grads


     Active and Current RN license


     BLS Certification


The Location:


     No state income tax and permanent fund dividend after a full calendar year of Alaska Residency


     Great fishing, hunting, and wildlife including the ability to go see polar bears and sled dogs


     Daily flights to Anchorage and other Alaskan cities
