Facilities Assistant Full-Time Opportunity in Los Angeles, CA
A respected health group with a clinic in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Pay: Starts at $21/hour
Facilities Assistant Overview:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Reports To: Facility Manager
- Responsibilities: Support the Facility Manager and Director of Facility Operations with inspections, vendor oversight, site maintenance, and deliveries. Act as a backup to the Facility Manager, address issues as they arise, and ensure facility operations run smoothly, including occasional off-hours or on-call availability.
Facilities Assistant Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a receptionist;facility maintenance or management experience preferred.
- Certifications: Facility Management certification or courses preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler systems, electrical, or solar equipment.
Facilities Assistant Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A valid California Driver s license with clean records and access to insured automobile
- Completion of APHCV Health Assessment Form
- Completion of DOJ background check
