Family Practice Physician Permanent Opportunity | Southern Arizona
Salary Range: $315, 000/year

Join a dedicated team in beautiful Southern Arizona as a Family Practice Physician at a highly respected critical access hospital offering exceptional care to a close-knit community.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
- Patient Caseload: 15 patients/day
- Benefits:
- CME Support: $4, 500 annually and 40 hours of paid time for CME courses.
- Insurance Coverage: Fully paid malpractice insurance and non-contributory Medical, Vision, Dental, short-term, long-term, and life insurance for full family coverage.
- Financial Incentives: $50, 000 sign-on bonus, $15, 000 relocation assistance, and a patient load bonus for exceeding the required 15 patients/day.
- CME Support: $4, 500 annually and 40 hours of paid time for CME courses.
Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
- Licensing: Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Certification: Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience: Prior experience in a critical access hospital is preferred.
