***This is an ONSITE, full-time permanent position (2-year commitment)
Pay range: $65, 000-$85, 000/annually DOE
Hospital HR Generalist
- Conduct regular meetings with respective business units and line management to provide consultative HR guidance and policy interpretation
- The Hospital HR Generalist position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
- Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance management guidance to line management to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
- Hospital HR Generalist will manage and mediate moderately complex employee relations issues
- Coordinate compensation terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
- Requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels
Qualifications of Hospital HR Generalist
- Related BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience
- 2 or more years of direct experience in Human Resources, preferred
- Healthcare related experience, preferred
- HR Generalist must have experience utilizing HRIS and ATS/ talent management systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid Alaska Driver's License (or eligible to obtain)
