Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor


A fantastic hospital outside of Fort Benton, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their amazing team!

Up to $20, 000 retention bonus

Up to $7, 000 relocation assistance provided with this position! 


Pay: $35.00- $52.00/hour 


The Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity: 

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s per week, day shift 
  • Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor position 

Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:


  • Participation in the ongoing assessment and evaluation of the quality of patient care services, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve outcomes, and support a patient-first philosophy
  • Address patient and family complaints, resolve staff disputes, and fostering effective communication between staff, physicians, and administration
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained



Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications: 
  • Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start 
  • Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting 
  • Recent med/surg experience preferred 
  • Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
