Director of Surgical Services Full-Time Opportunity in Central Nebraska
A hospital west of Fremont, NE is seeking a dedicated Director of Surgical Services to join their team!
Director of Surgical Services Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $113, 000 - $139, 000
- Sign-On Bonus: $5, 000
- Relocation Assistance: $5, 000
Director of Surgical Services Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5: 30 am - 2: 00 pm
- Responsibilities: Oversee all Surgical Services departments including Preadmissions, Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Spine-Pain, OR, Central Sterile, Cath Lab, PACU, and the Surgery Center. Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and daily operations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to deliver high-quality patient care.
Director of Surgical Services Qualifications:
- NE RN license
- MSN required (or currently in progress)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with recent leadership/management background
