A community hospital located north of Montpelier, VT is seeking a Development and Fundraising Associate to join their team! Details are listed below.
Pay: Starts at $70, 000 / Annually
*Negotiable based on experience
Development and Fundraising Associate Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Day Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 100% On-site opportunity
- Experience with Raisers Edge - Fundraising Software - is a plus
- Fundraising, Development, and Marketing-focused position
Development and Fundraising Associate Responsibilities:
- The Development and Fundraising Associate will assist with the development of the Monthly Newsletter for the facility to keep the staff informed on upcoming events, awards, and community engagement initiatives
- Plan, organize, and direct the development of gifts and special funds from philanthropic corporations, trusts, and individuals in support of campaigns and organizational initiatives
- The Development and Fundraising Associate will assist with fundraising projects, events, and priorities that result in funds being raised to support the mission of the organization
Development and Fundraising Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing or Organizational Planning or related healthcare experience required
- 2+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or donor stewardship for a non-profit or related type of organization required
- 2+ years of financial planning and donation management experience
