Job Description
A facility located near Omaha, NE has an exciting opportunity for a House Supervisor to join their growing team! $5, 000 Sign-On & Relocation Bonus!
Pay: ADN $74, 000-$94, 900 | BSN $76, 000-97, 900 (contingent on experience)
House Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct-hire position
- Schedule: Day & Night shifts available
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
- $5, 000 Sign-On Bonus
- $5, 000 Relocation Bonus
House Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative liaison, addressing patient, family, employee, and provider concerns
- Support direct care operations, including staffing adjustments and addressing urgent care needs
- Ensure compliance with shift operational standards, including emergency code response and patient flow management
- Provide clinical expertise in evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures to enhance patient care
- Actively collaborate with teams to optimize resource utilization and improve care delivery
House Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current/Active NE RN license
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS Certifications required
- Minimum 1 year House Supervisor experience
