Job Description
Beautiful healthcare facility located in Northeastern Wyoming is searching for a full time Registered Nurse to join their team in the ICU. Great work environment, leadership team, and comprehensive benefits available for full-time employees!
$15, 000 Sign On (minimum 2 years ICU experience)
ICU Registered Nurse Compensation:
- $61, 000 - $91, 000 + shift differential
- $15, 000 Sign on
- Days & Nights available
- Full time
- Rotating shifts
ICU registered Nurse Job Duties:
- Assesses, plans, implements and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care.
- Educates patients and families regarding health, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes with successful interpersonal skills.
- Performs patient assessment, analyzes documents, develops age- appropriate plans of care in regard to physical, psychological needs of patients in collaboration with healthcare team.
- Actively participates in hospital committees, CQI teams, and Quality Improvement Program.
- Maintains healthy, safe, and efficient environment and follows CCMH policies and procedures.
- Graduate of School of Nursing
- BSSN encouraged
- Current Wyoming RN License
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
