A great facility west of Butte, MT is seeking an Interim Chief Nursing Officer to join their Nursing Leadership for a 13-week contract with possibilities for extension! Details are listed below.
Pay: $85.00 / Hourly + Weekly Pay
Interim Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP/ Flexible
- 13-Week Travel Contract
- Schedule: Monday Friday, Day shift
- Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Available
Interim Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities:
- Interim Chief Nursing Officer collaborates with all leaders and staff at the facility to support safe and efficient care coordination, patient flow, and ongoing quality improvement
- Demonstrates positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and all others
- The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will assist with the development and management of the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations
Interim Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- Current MT State or Compact RN license
- Med/Surg, Emergency, or related specialty experience
- 2+ years of Nurse Leadership/management experience
The Surrounding Community:
- Yellowstone National Park or Glacier National Park are short road trips from the location
- Enjoy the County Museum, House Theatre, or the famous town Brewery
- Great location for hiking, fishing, hunting, cycling and more
