Interventional Radiologist Job Summary:

Position: Lead Radiologic Technologist III Interventional Radiologist
Status: Full-Time | Salary Range: $130, 180 $146, 500
Interventional Radiologist Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist III in Interventional Radiology (IR) performs diagnostic imaging procedures, operates imaging equipment, and positions patients for high-quality imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The role also supports interventional procedures, collaborating with physicians in the IR suite. Additional duties include documenting procedures, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and mentoring less experienced staff.
Interventional Radiologist Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic imaging, including fluoroscopic exams.
- Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
- Assist in interventional radiology procedures, ensuring accurate imaging delivery.
- Maintain procedure documentation and patient records.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff.
IInterventional Radiologist Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with at least 5 years in vascular OR/IR procedures.
- California Radiologic Technologist certification (Venipuncture & Fluoroscopy).
- Current BLS certification.
- Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
