A beautiful long-term care facility just west of Baker City, OR is seeking full-time LPN s to join their team!
Pay: $26.32 - $38.17 / hourly
$5, 000 retention bonus + relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis!
LPN Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
Schedule: 3x12, night shift
LPN Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Assist with medication administration and daily treatments
Support residents with activities of daily living
Communicate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met
LPN Qualifications:
Current valid Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
BLS Certification or ability to obtain
New grads are encouraged to apply!
