Job Description
An amazing critical access hospital about an hour and a half outside of Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time, temp to perm, interim Lab Director to join their team!
Pay: $68/hr all inclusive, no stipends
Lab Director Opportunity:
- The Lab Director handles the overall day-to-day administrative and quality operation of our highly complex laboratory, including long range planning and business development
- Leads and participates in acquisition of new technologies to ensure the highest standard of care
- Operational oversight: includes personnel competency and development, equipment, safety, laboratory policies, quality assurance, all testing (including proficiency testing) and test reports
- Interim, Temp to Perm
- Day shift (7: 00a-4: 00p or 6: 00a-3: 00p)
The Lab Director Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Medical/Clinical Lab Science
- ASCP Certification (or equivalent) as a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist required
- Must have five years of generalist experience
- Must have at least three years of management experience
