Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Come join a great team environment as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide Full-Time high-quality therapy, behavior management and assessment services to long-term care facility residents.
Pay Rate: $30.77 $36.54/hr (DOE)
Relocation Assistance on a case-by-case basis
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Details
- Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm
- No on-call or after-hours requirements.
- 1099 Subcontractor & W-2 Employee options
- Administrative support
- The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will oversee case management by developing treatment plans and connecting clients with resources.
- The Licensed Clinical Social Worker works alongside psychiatrists, physicians, and other medical professionals to ensure clients receive the services they need
- Help clients understand their own strengths and areas for growth.
- Assist clients in developing plans using their strengths to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications
- Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
- Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
- Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
- Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
