Job Description
A leading healthcare provider located in a vibrant community just outside of Lumberton, North Carolina, is actively seeking full-time, permanent, direct-hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their outpatient team and become an integral part of their committed healthcare staff!
Compensation Range: $21.63 to $34.61 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-time, direct-hire, permanent position.
- Sign-On Bonus: $3, 000 (with a 2-year commitment)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts only
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in an outpatient setting.
- Perform routine patient care duties such as monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and recording patient history.
- Assist in patient education and counseling regarding medical processes and treatment plans.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current LPN license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and adeptness in using healthcare technology.
- Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with a passion for providing patient-centered care.
