A facility located near Little Rock, AR is seeking an MT or MLT to join their growing team!


Pay: Starts at $17.50+ /hourly and goes up based on years of experience (MLT)


     Starts at $23.50+ /hourly and goes up based on years of experience (MT)


MT/MLT Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 3, 12-hour shifts per week
  • Schedule options: 7am 7pm, Wednesday Friday or 7pm 7am Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Weekend rotation, every 3rd weekend 

MT/MLT Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of laboratory tests for analysis;provides data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, maintain working knowledge of theory involved in testing
  •  Each individual performs only those tests that are authorized by the laboratory medical director and includes high complexity test that require a degree of skill commensurate with the individual's documented education, training, and experience.

MT/MLT Requirements:

  • Associate degree for an MLT or Bachelor s degree for an MT
  • ASCP or equivalent required 

The Location:

  • Located along the shores of the White River, Batesville is a small community located in the north central section of the state about 90 miles from Little Rock
  • Downtown is stocked with law offices, antique stores, music shops and art galleries and has many buildings on the National Register of Historic Places
