Job Description
A facility located in Nebraska has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Technologist (MT) to join their growing team!
Pay: $31.00 - $38.00/hour (contingent on experience)
- $5, 000 Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation Bonus
- Tuition Reimbursement or Student Loan Repayment Bonus
Medical Technologist Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct-hire position
- Schedule: Evening shift | 40 hours/week
- Setting: Lab | Hospital
Medical Technologist Responsibilities:
- Conducts a wide range of high to moderately complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures
- Performs specialized testing across various departments, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, and Chemistry
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting test issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring optimal laboratory performance
- Maintains and monitors quality control measures, ensuring precision and reliability in test results
- Collaborates with team members and other healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate diagnosis and patient care
Medical Technologist Qualifications:
- BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- ASCP Certified or equivalent
- Phlebotomy required
- Medical Technologist experience preferred
