Job Description
A small critical access hospital located near Santa Fe, NM is seeking full-time, permanent Nurse Manager, Surgical Services to join their team! Great facility and team to be a part of!
Pay: 41.00-57.00/hr DOE
Sign-on Bonus up to $5, 000
Stackable Shift Differentials:
- Evenings - $3.50
- Nights - $5.25
- Weekends - $2.25
The Nurse Manager, Surgical Services Job Description:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Day shift M-F, flexible with 8 or 10-hour shifts
- Overlooks nurses in the Surgical Services setting
- Managing Central Sterile Processing unit
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and provide basic patient care
The Nurse Manager, Surgical Services Qualifications:
- Must have active RN license
- Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
- Preferable to have previous surgery and central sterile experience
- 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience required
