Job Description
A rural outpatient clinic several hundred miles west of Anchorage, AK seeking a full-time, permanent, Nurse Manager to join their team! A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are provided!
Pay starts at $60.00/hour
The Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Will be working the day shift and night shift
- Up to $30, 000 sign-on bonus and $15, 000 relocation assistance
- The Nurse Manager oversees the seamless operation of the triage line during after-hours, ensuring all systems and staff are in place to provide high-quality care.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of processes to ensure the triage line operates efficiently, collaborating with various departments to create standardized workflows and protocols
- The Nurse Manager will lead the day-to-day activities of the triage line, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure the triage line integrates smoothly with existing healthcare services, ensuring consistent patient care and effective communication
Nurse Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing, Master s preferred
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Nurse Manager role
- Experience in emergency nursing, telehealth, or triage services is highly desirable
- Must be okay with working day shift and night shift

- No state income tax and permanent fund dividend after a full calendar year of Alaska Residency
