Job Description
A fantastic hospital outside of Toms River, NJ is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Manager to join their amazing team!
Salary: Up to $120, 000/annually
The Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s per week, day shift
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Nurse Manager position
- The Nurse Manager will supervise and ensure completion of nursing care, treatment, and services by appropriately assigning and overseeing nursing staff on the designated shift or unit
Nurse Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
- Active RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
- BLS certification required;ACLS certification required within one year of starting position
- Two years of leadership experience in an inpatient hospital setting minimum
- Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
