A community-oriented hospital East of La Crosse, WI is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join their Rehab Services team!
Occupational Therapist Details
- Full-time, benefited position;weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- Starting Rate: $36/hour (Depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 am-3: 30 pm
- Weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- Primary responsibilities lie in inpatient Occupational Therapy in Acute Care as well as outpatient.
- The Occupational Therapist provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists as needed.
- Performs instruction of patient, family, staff, student or intern while considering the physical/developmental age, ability/readiness to learn, and cultural/emotional religious/social barriers of the individual.
Occupational Therapist Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy accredited program.
- National and state certification as Occupational Therapist.
- Current licensure to permit to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
