A critical access hospital with clinics near Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a full-time, permanent Otolaryngologist (ENT) Physician to join their dedicated team.
Salary: $500, 000 annually + RVU Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $50, 000

Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 am 5: 30 pm | No formal call responsibilities
- Flexible - Full-Time, Part-Time or Rotating Schedules Available
- Flexible - Full-Time, Part-Time or Rotating Schedules Available
- Patient Load: 15 patients per day
- Setting: Outpatient Only
- Benefits:
- CME Support: $4, 500 annually and 40 hours of paid time for CME courses.
- Insurance Coverage: Fully paid malpractice insurance and non-contributory Medical, Vision, Dental, state & federal loan repayment program, short-term, long-term, and life insurance for full family coverage.
- CME Support: $4, 500 annually and 40 hours of paid time for CME courses.
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in Arizona or ability to obtain
- Board-eligible or board-certified
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
