A fantastic general hospital south of Monterey, CA is looking for a qualified Patient Access Manager! Seeking Full-time, permanent opportunity. Details are below:
Patient Access Manager Opportunity:
Pay Rate: $40.58 - $53.67 an hour!
- Patient Access Manager plans, organizes, directs, staffs and controls a wide range of operations and activities pertaining to patient registration, including, but not limited to, insurance verification, scheduling, pre-registration, prior authorization verification, and point of service collections.
- Provides daily direction and leadership to assigned staff. Patient Access Manager also monitors Quality Assurance measures, and oversight in ongoing staff training.
- The goal of this position is to ensure high quality service for patients and accuracy of information affecting both pre and post visit services.
Patient Access Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree, Preferred. | Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree, 2 years, full-time management role, required.
- Minimum of 3 years managing, supervising, mentoring staff in a medical environment.
- Previous Hospital Admitting Management experience required.
