Job Description
A community-oriented hospital near Powell, WY is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Services Manager to join their team! $7, 500 Sign-on Bonus!
Patient Financial Services Manager Compensation:
- Salary: $62, 000 - $102, 000 based on experience
- $7, 500 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available on case-by-case basis
The Patient Financial Services Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire position
- Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p (in-person)
- Competitive salary + benefits
- $7, 500 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available
- The Patient Financial Services Manager will work directly with the Revenue Cycle team, including Patient Access, Billing, Customer Service, and Cash Posting
- Manage all aspects of PFS functions under Revenue Cycle Director's leadership, including staff supervision, policy enforcement, revenue cycle monitoring, and ensuring superior customer service and operational efficiency.
Patient Financial Services Manager Qualifications:
- Associate degree required
- HFMA Certification preferred
- 2+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required
