Job Description
This small community hospital east of Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time, permanent Pharmacist in Charge!
Salary range of $100, 000 - $140, 000/year
Pharmacist in Charge Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Monday - Friday
- Rural community hospital near Tucson
- The Pharmacist in charge will lead the departmental goals and objectives and implement policies and procedures
- Establishment and annual review of the Hospital s pharmacy formulary
- The Pharmacist in Charge will manage and oversee the pharmaceuticals dispensed after hours
- The Pharmacist in Charge will report to the CNO
Pharmacist in Charge Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited pharmaceutical program
- 1-2 years previous hospital experience preferred
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacist License from the AZ State Board of Pharmacy, or eligible to obtain
Arizona Location
- Pleasant year-round climate
- Small town charm, but located near a large urban area with big city amenities and airport
- Near to many State Parks, National Parks, and wineries
