Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by assisting in the execution of treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist. This full-time, direct-hire role not only offers a rewarding professional experience but also comes with:
- A hefty $17, 000 sign-on bonus, with $10, 000 payable upon completion of the 90-day probationary period and the remaining $7, 500 after your first year.
- An attractive annual $7, 500 retention bonus, celebrating your dedication after 2 years of service.
- A Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 4: 30 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.
- A manageable patient load, allowing one hour per patient, facilitating focused and personalized care.
- Weekly direct deposit for a hassle-free banking experience.
- Support for those relocating, with lodge transitional accommodations available, and the option to allocate part of your sign-on bonus towards relocation expenses.
Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant where applicable.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, ensuring readiness to contribute effectively from day one.
