$15, 000 Sign On BONUS!
Physical Therapist Compensation:
- $73, 000-$98, 000
- Monday through Friday Day Shift
- Inpatient/Outpatient setting.
Physical therapist Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessment, medical record evaluation, and develop age-appropriate plans of care in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Complete daily treatment notes that provide support for continuation of skilled therapy.
- Evaluate progress toward desired outcomes, revise plans, intervene when necessary, and educate patients and families of current health status.
- Adheres to CCMH policies and procedures to clean, healthy, and safe work environment with efficient time management and interpersonal skills.
- Works required work hours and participates in weekend coverage to meet patient needs. Is flexible during times of high and low census and will provide coverage to other CCH rehabilitation service lines as needed.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited physical therapy school.
- Licensed in state of Wyoming.
- See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy and Certifications/Education Requirements Policy.
- One year of experience preferred.
