Job Description

A well-respected health organization with a hospital located just over 1-hour from Sacramento, California, has an opportunity for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire, Physical Therapists! Join a hospital and organization that offers a nurturing, dynamic, team-oriented environment!

Pay Rate: $37 to $65 per hour

  • $10, 000.00 signing bonus!

Physical Therapist:

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will provide exceptional patient care, adhering to hospital, state, and federal regulations, as well as professional guidelines. Take on this rewarding role and be part of creating an environment focused on patient safety and centered on their well-being.

  • The Physical Therapist deliver high-quality physical therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with hospital guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • The physical therapist can expect to deal with about 7-8 patients per 8-hour shift
  • Full-time, permanent, direct hire position
  • Schedule: M-F, 8-hour days, rotating weekends or Tuesday ->Saturday every week
  • Open to new graduates who hold an active CA PT license or are in the process of obtaining one
  • Physical Therapist must foster an open and ongoing communication with hospital departments, collaborating to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the overall hospital mission.
  • Inpatient

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

  • Current state PT licensure or certification required prior to the first day of employment.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Successful completion of a Physical Therapy accredited program is required
  • Demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
