A hospital near La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time Professional Development Registered Nurse to join their team!
Pay: $36.50 - $53.00/hour
The Professional Development Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- Full time, direct-hire position
- Pay: $36.50 - $53.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift
- The Professional Development Registered Nurse will coordinate, design, implement, evaluate, and deliver orientation, in-service, continuing education, and competency training for staff
- Design and deliver required training programs, including instructor-led sessions, self-study modules, computer-based learning, and job aids, in line with specific objectives
- The Professional Development Registered Nurse will provide on-site support in patient care units, offering real-time education and hands-on assistance with skills
- The Professional Development Registered Nurse plays an essential role in planning, organizing, and delivering educational programs for community partners and members
Professional Development Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in nursing preferred, Associate s degree acceptable
- 2-4 year s healthcare experience required
- Prior experience with the development and delivery of education preferred
- Current and valid WI Registered Nurse license
