Job Description
A wonderful Critical Access Hospital located an hour from Burlington, CO is looking for a qualified Registered Dietitian! Seeking Full-time, permanent opportunity. Details are below:
Registered Dietitian Opportunity:
- Pay Rate: $28.00 - $36.00 / hr.!
- 6 months of free housing for new employees!
- $5, 000 Sign On! Up to $5, 000 in Relocation Assistance!
- Schedule: M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Registered Dietitian plans and delivers nutritional care to patients according to the physicians'diagnoses.
- Screens newly admitted patients to identify those at nutritional risk.
- This individual will approve menus and nutritional supplements provided to patients, prescribe therapeutic diet orders, develop nutritional care plans, conducts in-services & training, and serves as the Registered Dietitian consultant for the nursing home & assisted living.
Registered Dietitian Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Dietitian.
- Candidate must be a Registered Diabetes Educator.
