Registered Nurse, Operating Room
Job Description
A distinguished medical facility situated about 1-hour from Fayetteville, North Carolina, is actively seeking full-time, permanent, direct-hire Registered Nurses to join their dynamic Operating Room team!
**Position Overview:**
- **Employment Type:** Full-time, direct-hire, permanent position
- **Sign-On Bonus:** A generous $7, 500
- **Work Schedule:** Day Shifts, Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM
- **Responsibilities:** The OR RN will work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations within the surgical suite. This includes pre-operative preparation, intraoperative monitoring, and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- **EPIC as EMR**
- **Handling multiple surgeries on a daily basis**
**Qualifications:**
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina (NC).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the entire surgical team.
- A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and solid computer skills for effective documentation.
